Second larger purchase through this store. First one was great. No issues. Communicative, friendly, everything arrived as they said it would. Year later, same type of purchase, and just getting someone to talk to us (it was Saturday and the staff was watching a football game) was a challenge. When we bought it, we were told they would call on Monday with dates for the rough-in and the finished fixtures. On Wednesday I finally called and it took hours to get a half response of "don't know...". Finally, next day the store tells us it will be weeks before we have the rough-in. Tile contractor knew somebody in the warehouse and had gone to pick up the part earlier in the day. Took another ten days to find out when the last part of my purchase was going to come in. I arrived to make a large purchase (I knew what I wanted and it could have been a quick and easy sale) yet not one person looked at me or spoke. I walked the entire store and then sat in the lobby waiting area waiting. Horrible customer service!!!
