Do Not Oder from this company! I bought $6,500.00 worth of upgrades for my house. This was my first time buying from this company. The toilet came in pieces, so returned it two weeks ago, along with a Kholer item that was not mine, and a missing item that I never received. Still no refund. When we inquired, we were told, the East Coast shipping was backed up and that’s delaying our refund!? Why am I dealing with the East Coast? Why am I paying shipping again? Why are you not handling my return and you deal with the East Coast? I am very unsatisfied. I will not recommend. I would rather deal with Wayfair and Amazon by far especially with your expensive prices. And this is how you handle customer service. No thanks. You have lost my business for sure.

Chris was amazing! He helped me find the perfect soaking tub after painstakingly going through measurements of several tubs. Don was also very helpful. They were so friendly and has us laughing. Highly recommend. Their showroom is beautiful.

Our contractor purchased a Delta kitchen sink for us three years ago at Ferguson in Seattle. I wanted to replace two accessories (rolling mat and drying mat) and, when I called, I was transferred to Lisa in Tacoma. She provided excellent customer service. Ferguson doesn't carry the accessories but she encouraged me to call Delta and said that the accessories might still be under warranty (something I did not expect). To my surprise, the accessories are still covered by the warranty and Delta will send me a new set. I only had to pay for the shipping. Ferguson is a great company, with a huge variety of products and excellent customer service. I highly recommend it!

Awesome place. One of the salesman (consultant) saw that we were pretty stressed out about our home build and took us under his wing and helped us with just about everything in the house! (Without an appointment, we just dropped in). He told us the thing's to look out for and why something may look the same but way more expensive. Super helpful information to help us make huge decisions. Also walked us through the Ferguson Internet home site where we set up an account to see our different selections, wish list & purchases. He did not pressure us into buying, which we appreciate. Great experience.

**UPDATE: Ferguson did reach out to us, and we did reach an agreement. I appreciate the fact that they contacted us in effort to make it right.
