Entered the Main entrance and waited for about 10 minutes before being helped or acknowledged that I was there including the gentleman that walked by me twice worst torrice that I've been to
We use several different supply houses in the area and SG Torrice is by far my favourite place to go. I always deal with Tom at the counter and he is always super helpful, polite and obliging.
This was my first and only experience with this company and since you asked Google... I placed an order for a simple part for a residential AC condenser. Phone sales person said it was a 1 day ship to their warehouse near my home by 1pm. Next day I stopped by on my way home around 330 pm, I had to call for curbside service due to COVID, and was left on hold until it timed out (Approx. 10 Mins.). It then sent me right to voicemail. So I had to call back and finally I'm told the part didn't make it to the warehouse. So 1 more night without the AC I guess... Smh...
Mike was very polite and professional in helping me with the parts that I needed on a emergency situation that I was having working out of the state and one call solved my issues! Thank you Mike for been extremely helpful!
I had a problem with a trane rooftop. Got better customer service than from the manufacturer.
