Unprofessional. I called with a shipping question, when he didn't know the answer he put me on hold and never answered again. I tried calling a few more times the next day, when they picked up they immediately went to hold.

Needed to replace a capacitor for my A/C, they had a wide variety in stock and I was in and out. Thanks guys!
Rude....and unhelpful! Save you time...buy somewhere else...maybe Fox Appliances
Friendly people But It is taking extremely long to unload the trailer. They started at 930 and it's now 1 15pm and they're still not done yet. As an otr driver my time is limited and this is taking way too long ☹️
