Called ahead and was told they sell to end-users. Got there and was told differently, then treated rudely by the person behind the counter, who also called his own employee an "idiot" for not knowing store policy.
Only sell to contractors because there while sale is what I was told. But the man in front of me being helped didn't know his own ac brand name???? I dont make a fuss of things I just take my money else where.
Super bad review for the manager Mike I take return and come back in 30 minutes to return it back. He charged me 20% $40 he was very rude
Always helpful and they have many things in stock. I'm not a contractor, and I have bought supplies here no problem.
