I went there for a heat issues. I felt lost and overwhelmed. I ended up talking to Derek about my situation he knew exactly what I needed. He went beyond and above explaining everything over and over again. Customer service was exceptional and knowledgeable The staff are very friendly. Only good vibes. Thank you Derek You rock!

I went there on March 3rd to purchase a hvac equipment part. I stayed waiting on the lobby for over 20min for someone to help me (place was empty with 2 employees talking on the corner totally ignoring me). After I finally got there attention they sold me the part I needed. On April 22 I came back and retuned the equipment part (the box was not open or used). They accepted and gave me the receipt. Until today 05/15 I have not received their credit back to my account/card. I called a bunch of times and nobody called me back. I had to open a claim against them with my bank to get the money back. I do not recommend this company.

Called in for a particular type of air filter, they said it was not at their store but they would order it from another. Was specific on the type of filter that I needed 410 aprilaire media for heating and cooling. They assured me it would be their Monday. I asked this is the 28inch filter right and Was told yes. Arrived wrong filter waited like 20 minutes in store and threw an hour out the window. Added note...I called back told the branch manager about my issue they found what I needed and delivered it to my home free of charge. So bottom line there was an issue they made it right.

Needed an odd-sized flashing for a woodstove chimney. Roofing contractor suggested trying here. Very helpful counterstaff worked with me to find one that would work. Because they were so helpful, my roof was finished before a week of rain and not two weeks later. Highly recommend them!
