Ferguson

We have been working with Scott in the new showroom on Dixieland. He has done an exceptional job assisting us with faucets, towel holders, refrigerators, etc. He is very knowledgeable and responsive. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Scott and Ferguson’s. Highly recommended!

Beautiful showroom. But very few sales associates to help you get in and out in a timely manner. Need to hire folks to improve experience.

This review relates to Ferguson Plumbing on Dixieland. We had a one of our Bathroom spread sets faucets popup knob break off and the faucet design has been discontinued. This required finding a replacement for the knob or replacing both spread sets. When I explained the problem to the counter guys, Tyler, Seth and Luis, they went to work and suggested a solution. These three counter men stayed on the problem and came up with the perfect answer. They were very pleasant, professional and put up with all my questions, in the course of soling my problem. Never have I been treated in the manner as these three!

bad experience. you need to wait at least 3-4 hours. the supervisor is rude. in other Ferguson stores, employees are more responsible and professional
