I recently visited FERGUSON's HVAC store and had the pleasure of being assisted by Eric. His customer service was exemplary! Eric's helpfulness and friendliness made my shopping experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure all my questions were answered and helped me find exactly what I needed. It's rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuine in their service. Kudos to Eric for making my visit a great one. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience as a driver delivering freight here. They are friendly and respectful of your time. There is plenty of room here to maneuver and even Park overnight if you find yourself with no other option. Thank you for being good at what you do!
Visited the store 2 days ago to return an item, I was met by Brain Kenny the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! I was treated very bad by this individual who has ZERO customer service skills what so ever! My advice to you guys take your money and business somewhere else and avoid this particular store as much as you can because simply they don’t believe in customer service and they don’t care if you ever go back to them.
Awesome Receiving Department is fast and friendly.
