HORRIBLE customer service! Two employees were present and NEITHER acknowledged me!!! Even after I spoke, neither asked what brought me in or if I needed assistance! Nice showroom + horrible customer service = 0/10 I'LL SHOP ELSEWHERE; YOU'RE NOT GETTING MY MONEY!

I miss Grove...y'all NEVER have the simplest things in stock. Do better, please?

We wanted to look at the showroom before purchasing hardware for our kitchen sink. I called ahead of time twice, once on Saturday to make sure they were open. Sometimes websites are not consistent with real hours. It said online they were closed and I got no answer when I called, so I figured they were definitely closed Saturday. I called today, Monday and they said they were open until 4:30pm. It also says that on their website. We went to see the showroom and drove an hr away to do so only to be confronted by a very rude man at the counter telling us the showroom was closed and we’d have to come back the next day and they were open Saturdays, which was not the info I got. He blamed the person who answers the phone said she doesn’t know anything. He raised his voice at us and didn’t treat

I have been here twice now for one or two normal items, have waited for about a half an hour each time though there are 1-2 people in line. It's like walking into a time warp. The people at the counter are friendly and helpful.

I sent one of my guys here for a common PVC plumbing fitting, because we were working halfway between Grove and Home Depot, and I figured why not support the *less* big business. Boy was I surprised when my guy came back having spent a full 200% of what the same piece costs at Depot. Lesson learned.
