I called for a part and was told they could order. Then when i show up to two of their locations. I was denied. Thank goodness for online ordering from a different website.
Called was told they had them and would be in will call. Get there they only have half my order and basically tell me oh well. Needed parts for a job that day made me scramble to find parts.
The guys at the back counter are extremely rude. Definitely need to work on customer service skills. Almost out of touch with how to treat people.
