What amazing service! Needed a grate drain replacement but the size and shape no longer exist. The employees here not only exhausted every resource to try and find this part and when none came up they brainstormed and provided a perfect solution for me. (Both effective and inexpensive). They were able to find a similar shape grate-like drain cover and cut it to fit the exact measurements I needed. So thankful for this team of knowledgeable and helpful workers.

I have always had really good service at Ferguson plumbing but this past week there were two instances where I received exceptional service. The first was last Saturday where one of their employees Tony(who was extremely busy)took the time and ask me questions about the job I was working on and made sure I had all the parts to finish the job. The second instance was when I showed up after Ferguson plumbing had closed for the day and the manager Jeremy who is getting ready to leave got back out of his truck and asked me what I needed. I told him I just needed a few fittings to finish a small plumbing job that I was working on and to my surprise he open the store back up and got me the parts I needed. I have nothing against any of the other supply houses in town but Ferguson plumbings staff

Great place for all plumbing supplies. Tony helped me make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done and went further into explaining how to do the job myself. They carry all the best brands and are beyond helpful. Highly recommend.

Wow! Completely blown away at the lack of help I got at this place. I'm not a plumber but had a basic question about a toilet flange. The guy at the counter just looked at me and said there are two kinds over there and that's all he would say. He just pointed at the aisle that had toilet flanges. I tried to show him a picture to say I just want to make sure it's the right one for "this"... And he just basically stared at me, I said I'm no plumber and he said neither am I! Went straight over to rampart and they absolutely hooked me up with all the details and everything I needed. We just bought a house and are doing a whole bunch of work on it but Ferguson won't get a minute of my time or a penny out of my pocket.
