I was recommended Ferguson Plumbing by an associate at the Home Depot to order a replacement part. They didn't have the part in stock, but they were able to order the replacement for me. The salesperson at the counter told me it would be in within two days since it would immediately be shipped from their distribution in Waco. We didn't receive a call that it was in, but my wife went ahead and went there to pick up the part since its nearby. She was told that it wouldn't be in until Monday. I try to call them with the number on the invoice and it is not the local store, but a call service which never answered the phone after waiting on hold for almost 20 minutes so I give up. I come here every other day to pick up 500+$ In gas fitting and pipe because Compared to Morison’s in Fort Worth who shorts me fittings Dosent say anything and still charges me for it and take up 45 minutes of my day doing it!
