Ferguson Plumbing Supply

I went in this morning with toilet tank pieces in hand. The guys immediately identified the manufacturer and knew exactly what i needed to do to solve the problem. One of the gentlemen grabbed a product off the shelf and said it should resolve my issue. The other accessed the parts log and found entire assembly that would mitigate future problems. I purchased the product off the shelf and ordered the assembly. They were correct! The product off the shelf completely resolved my issue! So when the entire assembly arrives. I'll have it when needed. Bottom line, Outstanding customer service! Thanks Gents!!!

I had some issues with another Ferguson location and I ended up speaking with Vincent at this location. He took care of my issue very quickly. Other location I spoke to 5 different people over 20 days and issue was never resolved. Vincent should be training the other locations on customer service.. Thank you for your help, it was very much appreciated!

I had the worst experience I have ever had in an establishment. I went in to purchase a shower valve and rather than than assisting me with finding a shower valve, the worker (who has tattoos on his face -- no judgement on tattoos, not sure what his name is) proceeded to ask me out and make inappropriate, sexual remarks to me. Ladies, avoid this place at all costs!

During my home renovation, Andrew, listened to me and helped me with my purchase. Get past the face tattoos, he’s great at his craft!

This Ferguson’s employees were rude and dismissive to my 77 year old mother and gave her the runaround in regards to a part return and refund. She’s 77 years old for God’s sake. It takes so little effort to just be nice to someone, especially a little old lady who needs help with plumbing parts. Shame on you West Melbourne Ferguson. Shame.
