A true one stop shop for all plumbing supplies under the sun. Cameron was a great help - he got me the toilet in a box complete kit I needed for a job and even helped me load it in the truck. Wouldn't go anywhere else except Ferguson for plumbing products. Disclaimer: I do work for Ferguson, but I chose to shop here of my own volition for the product knowledge and customer service I knew I would receive.

Excellent staff good quality materials but to buy something here ( even if is just one item) is very slow system. With all the automated processes out there and AI, company should do more to make it faster at check out.

The lFerguson located on bland ave in NN has an employee name Allen Jackson but goes by AJ . AJ is very rude and appears to be racist. Every-time I visited this establishment, work related he is always rude and disrespectful . He has poor customer service and I notice that he only act like that with black people . Ferguson is a reputable company and to allow this old disgruntled gentleman to disrespect and treat black people in this manner says a lot about this company .
