Ferguson Plumbing Supply

We had a great experience purchasing 300 feet of pipe for our project. We drove in from Vancouver. I was great by Sam/ Derrick and luscious in the showroom. They jumped on the computer to find my order, that only took a second. I was greeted by Josh outside on the forklift, very nice gentleman, that help us load our few items in the rain 🌧 with a smile on. I appreciate going into a place and getting taken care of in an orderly fashion. Thanks team Ferguson. You guys are the real deal. 😁

I just needed to get a part for a piece of commercial plumbing. First I went to the store and was told they have never heard of replacing any parts and I should call the manufacturer directly. I contacted the mfg and got a specific part number and told to order through a wholesaler like Ferguson, who probably should have just messaged their rep in the first place. I called and was told they would have to contact a rep for pricing and to give me contact info and they'd get it ordered but it might take a few days, then no contact for a week. I called again and they didn't have any idea what I was talking about, but took my info again and said they would put in an order.
