Ferguson Plumbing Supply

Had called to ask for information about a warranty item, I left my info and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. When I called again to ask about the info again, I was told " if we got your info already, we are on top of it". It seems like everyone there is just trying to pass the ball to another worker. First guy didn't know anything and that's why he took my info "for when the manager came in." I called another Ferguson location and within 5 minutes I had all my questions answered.

They always seem to have exactly what I need for home plumbing repairs. Helpful staff that know their product lines.

Ferguson is the first and best place to go to get anything you need for plumbing. The store is well stocked and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely the go to for plumbing professionals but you don’t need an account to make a purchase here they are open to the general public. In the unlikely event they don’t have what your looking for they can get it in a reasonable amount of time

Remodeling a bathroom and had ordered a cast iron tub through a big name home improvement store. That store canceled my order last minute but I was still in need of a tub. Went to Fergusons for the first time and they answered all of my questions, let me look the tub over before purchase and even delivered it the next morning because... cast iron! They were prompt, professional and helpful. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them over any big name home improvement store.

I recently purchased, in-store, a water pressure regulator for my home. I was told it was in another store and would be delivered in 2-3 days and I would receive a call. After a week, no call, so I revisited the store. I explained my situation and the employee seemed to explain he didn't understand why the mix-up. He was professional and promptly refunded my credit card as I had already had a plumber install a new regulator. Not the best experience and I do accept something out of the ordinary occurred with the part, but aside from that the employee was courteous, helpful, and professional as was the initial employee who ordered the part.
