Ferguson Plumbing Supply

I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.

Kyle Powers deserves a raise, he’s always helpful, answers my calls/texts when I’m in a bind, gets me the best prices, knows his stuff, etc. I’ve enjoyed working with him for over 6 years. He’s the only reason I continue to shop there, since we’ve moved, Ferguson is furthest away from my shop. And, No, he did not tell me to write this.

Do not spend your money here Ferguson supply has turned into a disaster for the plumbing contractor and whatever you do even if it cost you three times as much to get a hot water heater someplace else do not do not buy a Bradford White

Kyle at the Temecula Branch is fantastic. He went out of his way to fix an order that the call center messed up. He called everyday to check the stock and found one three days later! Bill helped us service our tankless water heater which had problems with not heating up water. He was on time, prompt and got the heater running. Very good service, highly recommend Ferguson plumbing company.
