Worst branch Ferguson in the Mid Atlantic. Repeatedly disappointed by this location and some of its staff. Some issues seem to be directly related to Ferguson corporate decisions, but it hardly seems like they're trying to right those wrongs. Would strongly recommend going to any other branch or the competition. The amount of time I have wasted at this counter is astounding.
One of the staff members at the counter was able to provide my with all the part I needed and also showed me how to assemble everything. He saved the day. I didn't have to call a plumber, I did everything myself.
Nice stuff and nice people, but they sure work bankers hours. Come to think of it, my bank has even more convenient hours. And if you go on Saturday, expect to wait an hour or more to get serviced.
Ferguson is a great place to shop but, they need to update the hours of operation on their website and online for Ferguson Xpress. They close at noon on Saturdays. Website and Google says they close at 5pm.
Best place ever friendly people the counter guys will take the time to help u get what u need.
