Parts from China cheapest possible. Slow counter and will call is a joke. Waited 45 mins once for one part. Love the area of the building hvac side is way better night and day. 3 stars for them.
I’m a local plumber/contractor and this is one of my favorite places to pick stuff up. Its not the fastest but it’s got great service and quality products. And they usually have larger stock of harder to find items which is a huge bonus for stuff you need asap
What a great experience. I don't know what was better. The great service I received from the crew...or getting to watch those hunks pull my order ;) Ethan, Joey, and James are real rock stars. 5 stars, highly recommend.
Ethan, Aaron, Derek, Gary and Mike are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make sure we always get everything we need.. They have stepped in and "rescued " us as well where other supply houses have failed us.. Great guys over at Ferguson Supply and amazing service. I highly recommend them
The counter reps at my local ferguson branch are the best,my days are long enough.i dont want to spend unnescessary time waiting for my parts.my customers dont either.punctuality is important to me.justin and tom are efficient,knowledgable and understand time is important and get me to my job on time,everytime.the team at this branch is phenomenal.thats why i choose ferguson first time.every time.great job guys
