I had a terrible experience with this store. They sold me a Freon tank with a broken thread, and I had to spend days proving that it wasn’t my fault. To make things worse, only one person in the store speaks English, making communication a challenge. The prices listed on their marketplace don’t match the actual prices in-store, which is misleading. I will never recommend buying anything from them.

After my air conditioning unit broke down I visited Fernandez AC & Supply. They offered me the best prices in town along with excellent customer service and knowledge. Don’t hesitate to stop by for all your air conditioning needs.

I made the purchase but had to deal with an associate with a very bad attitude. I felt like I was bothering whatever they had going on, even when the store was empty
