Cheapest parking ramp I've found in the city. No cash, no attendant. Still safe as it's used by police, and court officials.
Absolutely terrible management. The elevators are disabled on the weekends, but there is no signage indicating that the building is not handicap accessible. You find out when you reach the elevator bank. Repulsive practice.
Just drove in, drove out within a minute but it insisted I owed $6! And no response when I tried to call for assistance multiple times. Complete scam, stay away.
