I had a great experience with Ferrara Heating and Cooling when they came out to install a humidifier on my furnace. Kirk and his co-worker Alex were both professional, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Kirk walked me through the installation process and explained how the humidifier works and how to maintain it, which I really appreciated. Both he and Alex worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. It’s always nice to deal with a company that shows up on time and takes pride in their work. I’d definitely recommend them for any HVAC needs.

Gary, Brad, and the entire team have been a pleasure to work with. Gary provided a fast and fair estimate to replace my heating and cooling system. Brad and the crew arrived on time, were very professional, respectful of my home and did an excellent job installing my new furnace and AC. They explained what they were doing and why along the way, and made sure I understood how the new equipment worked before leaving. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Really a good experience with Ferrar! Furnace died on the coldest weekend ever. Gary answered the phone on a Sat morning and walked me through possible fixes and, after sending him many photos requested, could tell me on the phone that the furnace (28 yrs old) needed to be replaced. He offered me the option of having the part fabricated, but I went with replacement and replaced the AC at the same time. The two young men here were excellent! Super efficient and got to work immediately. In 2 hrs, I had heat, with the remaining work and AC completion done the next day. Both days, they were on time, polite, helpful and very neat. I couldn't be happier.

When our heating failed in the middle of the night, Gary Ferrara went above and beyond. Despite it being 5:30 AM, he answered immediately and walked me through the fix over the phone. His guidance saved us from hefty labor fees, and he generously provided his expert service at no charge. We are incredibly grateful for his kindness and professionalism.

Brad has been working with us on our furnace, this season. His kindness, straight-forward style and speed along with his deep attention to detail was refreshing. Then, months later, my father’s furnace broke down. We called the company that serviced his home before and were put on a waiting list to get it fixed. It was 11 degrees outside. I was stuck at work. Worried, we called Brad and boom! Brad came to my dad’s house at night and fixed the problem. This kind of humanity, warmth and professionalism is rare in this day and age. I’m grateful for Brad and his father who also guided this transaction so that my dad had heat. I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs help.
