Ferrari Pools: Custom Outdoor Living

This is not a review about the pool design. This is a review about the service department and quality of installation. While I was very happy with my pool I have come to learn that’s the installation was done poorly in regards to the tile. After only a couple of years, I noticed the grout coming out between the tiles. I contacted the service department repeatedly with no follow up. After the second year, the tiles have now popped off. After many calls and emails they finally came out and The service department blamed me They verbally quotedus a price to fix it, even though I feel that I have been installed and fixed in the early stages the Tiles might not have actually come off. After that meeting, again no follow up by the service department. Not need to ask if we wanted them to go ahe

LOVE our pool, they did an amazing job - we now have our own backyard oasis! And the service team is well worth the money, within 2hrs of opening the pool for the season, it went from green to blue - when you want the best in the industry, contact Ferrari Pools!

Hydropool 17ft Aquasport swim spa. Mark could not have been more attentive, kind, friendly, and professional. The crews were amazing, and hardworking. As the crane was lifting our giant spa over the house avoiding something as small as an owl decor, I thanked goodness that my research landed me at Ferrari Pools. RUN don't walk from Ferrari pools. They built our pool 5 years ago. We had issues from construction through to service. They also did not honor the warranty on our tiles when several tiles on our spa popped off. They confirmed they were under warranty but promptly refused to come and fix costing us thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket cost to fix on our own. The communication and unprofessionalism runs rampant in all areas of the company up through the owner, who has been terrible and completely rude to us, his customers. Most disappointing company we have ever done business with. Save yourself a huge headache and find a pool company that values their customers and stands behind their work and warranties.
