We hired Ferris Improvements to replace our kitchen and downstairs flooring, as well as updating the painting.Tina Dean was my salesperson. She was excellent from the start! She gave me so many ideas, helpful hints, and was always readily available to assist with any questions that I had. The job was professionally handled. The team showed up on time and completed all the steps to complete the project schedule accordingly. We are very satisfied with our updated kitchen. We're so happy with our new deck. The entire Ferris team did a top-notch job from start to finish, and the final result exceeded our expectations. Mike helped with selecting the design and materials that are strong, beautiful, and within our budget. Vince and John oversaw the project, got all of the permitting in order, and made sure things ran smoothly. Merideth, Danny & Curtis did a wonderful job on my master bathroom remodel. Gone the gray garden tub, fiberglass shower stall and beat up vanity. Replaced with a freestanding tub, tiled glassed in shower and beautiful hardwood vanity. They were able to maximize the space, enhance the natural light while making sure the new room was easy to clean. Dany and Curtis managed the trades, updated me on progress and worked with Merideth on minor design tweaks. The end result beautiful.

I recently had a sliding glass door to my porch and the entire porch enclosed with windows (it was screened in) and a new storm door. Kevin, Chris and their team did a fantastic job with the project. Although it was projected to take 2 1/2 days, they completed the job in 1 1/2 days. The team worked extremely well together. All the components fit perfectly due to excellent measurements in the planning stage. Every millimeter of the installation was weather sealed and caulked. All the construction debris was cleaned up. This was the second time I have used Ferris Home Improvement for work on my house. I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. I highly recommend them.

Ferris Home Improvements coordinated a kitchen renovation for me. Working with Meredith, design consultant, was extremely pleasant. She is knowledgeable and patient and always accommodating with my schedule. We worked hard getting all the details set up and she was transparent about the project and which processes would require third party involvement from vendors they deal with on a regular basis (tile, paint, electrical and plumbing). Danny, the project manager, was available every time I wanted to speak with him and was also accommodating and helpful. Both Meredith and Danny went above and beyond expectations.
