We called for three separate plumbing issues in our aging home recently and received an appointment date that was quicker than I’m used to with the trades. Jonah arrived when he said he would and presented as a polite, friendly man whose obvious wealth of knowledge and experience did not comport with his relatively young age. Jonah accurately diagnosed the issues and what was impressive to me was how he thoroughly explained them to us as well as his proposed solutions. He returned on the following business day with the parts as he had stated, and accomplished all the repairs/upgrades as promised. He painstakingly tested his work before leaving. We have other upgrades and repairs looming for the spring and be assured I will call Ferris and to be candid, ask for Jonah to do the work aga

Our appointment began with Technician Nick actively listening to our concerns. We then looked at each item. Most impressive was his knowledge and ability to explain so that we understood. At no time was a trade-up or dire situation implied. We were given choices and quotes offered. Immediate service was chosen to replace the expansion tank. Nick's truck was fully stocked. Work was efficient and area cleaned up. As part of his final work walk-through, he found a partially closed hot water valve. Well, that was a huge improvement. We also signed up for a service contract. Prices and coverage were better than others. Ferris Plumbing & HVAC are now our first line plumbing contractors.

I had a new gas furnace installed in my home and couldn’t be happier. They were very responsive and professional and were quick to fix my furnace installed timely manner. They did a great job overall.
