Ferro Fuel Oil

Ferro Fuel always delivers. I called and was concerned about the upcoming snow and not being able to access the back yard and they sent a person out immediately. The driver always makes sure my dogs are in the house before opening the gate. All around great customer service and it’s been this way for 10 plus years.

Could not have been easier. From Carol over the phone to Brian with delivery, the experience was excellent. Very polite and helpful, would definitely recommend!

We have had oil delivered to our 95+yr old house for over a decade. Over the years they started charging more than other businesses so we would try our other places. They always did good work servicing the boiler when it needed maintenance but you have to order oil for them to do that. Less than a week ago we had 50 gals of oil delivered the house they had been coming to. This house is very old and will soon be vacated and demolished. Today I called to place the maintenance visit and they flat out refused to come back here. They stated they did not want to do business with this family ever again. It's fine because we will be leaving this old house but it's repulsive they treated a us like this after spending almost $300 on oil. It felt like discrimination and long time dislike emerging

Thank you very much Nate I saw all the good reviews so here is another one it's Thanksgiving weekend I ran out of oil because I didn't realize I even had an oil tank as I'm a new homeowner I called and left a message and Nate returned my call and came out right away. He filled up the tank and explained everything and didn't charge me anything extra to bleed the tank Nick came out right away and return my call

Ferro has been our go to for years and I just realized I’ve never given them a review. They are a Fantastic family owned company. Just had Mr. Scott come and do the yearly service our heater. Really knowledgeable and friendly guy.
