Mower threw a rock and broke our living room window. The association called them and after we complained to the association a send time, they finally came out to look at the window. They said their mower could not have caused the issue but would get back to us. No contact since then and no response to any email requests for further information. A police officer looked at it and said it was a rock break, not any kind of bullet. We even found a rock split by a blade below the window! Poor service!

Very polite and Excellent service. The crew did a great job cleaning up my terrible edging without even asking. They were respectful of the obstacles in their way. Hands down a top notch company.

Bad experience after initial contact over the phone. Not sure what happened, hopefully Jeremy is ok? Update 11.1.21. Didn’t have the wrong number. Just piss poor customer service by Jeremy. Would not return call after initial contact.
