Freddy and his team were amazing! We had a leak from our tub in to our kitchen. They demolished the tub and shower and checked out the leak, repaired it, and then installed a beautiful shower, floor, and vanity top! Freddy was super communicative and helpful as we troubleshooted anything that came up. His team was also super informative and helpful. They did a fabulous job and checked in everyday to make sure we knew what was happening and were happy with how everything looked. I sent Freddy inspiration photos and the tile I picked, and he and the team made it come to life! They installed a ledge for me in the shower that took a special amount of detail to install. Please be advised this is a Public Service Announcement. I initially contracted With F and F construction May 2024 at that time they called themselves Franks construction with a Hoffman Estates address. I have their receipt. This arrangement had a good start. (Tony Frank) informed me I was their first client when the city of Chicago licensed them. They sent me their picture with their license at City Hall. Tony Frank and Jose Alfredo Galvan Gudino aka Freddy. Tony is frontman and Freddy manages the workers. They have pictures of my rehab on their website. Never asked for my permission to post anything related to my house. I have several issues with F and F construction, number 1 being the floor they put down keeps cracking and peeling. Tony, Freddy and their team did an outstanding job in my bathroom. They replaced my floor tile, shower tile, shower door and toilet. They paid close attention to detail and went above and beyond. Freddys communication each day was awesome!! I’ve already recommended them to my friends!
