FH Air Conditioning

An absolute nightmare to deal with. Does not keep appointments that he agrees to and blames it on the answering service claiming that he doesn't get messages. Then when he makes an appointment he doesn't show up. Not a contractor to rely on.

Completes 90% of work and will gladly charge more to complete the job. During our HVAC inspection/service and altered tech to wiring concern on the roof. Thermostat wire from roof penetration to the unit was exposed, sun damaged and frayed, also assessed by tech requiring replacement as could short the system. Asked him to cover/protect wire (PVC pipe) but can only assume tech thought no one would look at the covered up wire. Not all wire on the roof was replaced, as we found old frayed wire by roof penetration upon review of work "completed". We alerted the company and tech came back out and said that is how they correct it as he can't replace all the roof wire as it would put a hole in the roof, although the wire comes through a hole in the roof. I can’t express how profoundly frustrated and disappointed I am with FH Air. We had them come out and perform routine maintenance last year. We paid for a package that included two visits. Everything went well first visit. We had to cancel the second visit due to unforeseen circumstances and we never got around to rescheduling. I called 6/5 to set up the same package for this year. I was willing to pay the full price even though they still technically owe me a second visit from last year. They have an answering service and there is no way to speak to anyone in operations - red flag number one. I scheduled the appointment for Friday 6/14 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. There has been a change in their customer service, there is a lack of communication between the customer service reps, the dispatcher and the customer. They changed my appt time without telling me, and the last two times I have had appointments with them, they have asked to come 2 hours earlier. Very frustrating, maybe they got so big that they now have remote customer service reps.

This company does not return calls or stand behind their work. I would never use them again….run run run and run faster away from them. The only one trustworthy one is Jake the technician. They list an address but they are not at that address. You can never reach anyone by phone. I just happen to have Jake’s # and he responded, but could only do what he could do. For peace of mind, call someone else! Update, Weeks later and these bozos haven't even fixed their address on their website.
