Paul was awesome, professional and efficient. The technician gets 5 stars for his work. He was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Problem is that one of the repairs recommended did not fix the issue I am having with my HVAC system. New tech came out. Was honest and recommended a different repair. Will update later.

Our Service Technician was Sean Zuniga. He was outstanding! He spent time to discuss each part of the repairs we needed and provided several options with varying costs to help us choose what was best for us. No pressure. He also discovered one future repair we needed. He was courteous, respectful, professional and most of all very friendly. Thank you!!!

Sean came to look at an electrical issue. Greeted us with a smile and immediately wanted to hear our barriers. After discussing he explained what he would be doing to diagnosis. Every step of the way we were not only informed l, but he had us involved to ensure we understood. Sean was not only able to diagnose, but fixed our issue on the spot. Akheem Rose is a professional. He explained everything that he was doing and he did not make me feel that he was in a rush. Excellwnt attitude and a superstar at his job. I will as for Akheem specifically to complete any other electrical work that I will need in the future. When you get a good techician, that is polite, professional and have an excellent attitude, you want to have that technician all the time. Thank you so very much Akheem Rose. I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Service Specialist, Chris Pruitt from F.H. Furr! Came out in Christmas Eve! I was in a panic 🫨 wondering what I was going to do about my faucet and how to have water in the kitchen. The faucet operates on a “new” type of touch technology. Chris figured it out and got it working in no time!
