Our hot water heater of 20+ years finally gave out. Samuel from F.H. Furr came out and replaced it overnight. He did a fantastic job with the install and stuck with it until 3am. He did a great job answering all of our questions along the way and teaching us some new skills.

The service technician, Robert Mayo, was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our water heater and plumbing system, explaining everything clearly and making sure we understood what he was checking and why. He took careful attention to make sure our water heater was sufficiently flushed and we appreciated receiving photos of the plumbing areas of our home for our records. Marquie Corbin was phenomenal! From the time he arrived until he left he was bringing 100 percent. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions on how to improve my living environment and ac system. He did not push anything on me but gave me all the tools to make an informed decision. Initial installation was a great experience - the team was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely easy to communicate with once on the property. When they had to come back to replace a part the technician was extremely helpful and respectful. The only concern I would say is getting in touch with the dispatch team- it took multiple communication attempts- phone calls, texts and emails to get the to contact the right person during the hours I provided multiple times for availability. Clear communication between the platforms for dispatch teams would be very helpful. Overall even with that the team remained professional, responsive and respectful.
