told a women and her small kids at 8:30 am, they would be there by early afternoon to fix an emergency outside on the house from a power line that fell during the storm. never came. called a few times after noon and they kept saying be there soon and then my last call at 4:30pm told them they were fully booked and wouldnt be able to come until next week. are you serious!?! you knew it was an emergency with little kids in a cold dark house and lied???? and at that point it was too late to find anyone else till the morning. god doesnt like ugly liars.

Our existing hvac system was almost 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Got quotes from 8 different hvac companies and not only was Red Dog one of the most knowledgeable, they also had the best price for a top of the line American Standard variable speed system. BTW, I have 2 engineering degrees and run my own handyman and home remodeling companies so while not an hvac expert, I am more knowledgeable about hvac than the average person. Today, HVAC technician, Nick Lane came to my home to diagnose my split AC/ heater unit, which was bot functional. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what was wrong with the unit and the best option; which is replacement. I phoned and texted him after he left with additional questions; he was patient, professional and answered my concerns quickly!

Garett Scott did a comprehensive job yesterday in getting our furnace ready for the winter. He was friendly and professional, as all FH Furr technicians we worked with have been. Highly satisfied again!
