FH Renovation

Tim and FH Renovation responded to my call immediately. I had a gutter full of solid ice fall off the side of my house. And of course, quickly mice came in. So we needed an immediate repair. I sent an initial picture to Tim to give him an idea. Tim came the next morning to look, gave me a good price and did the work the next day (Saturday) in the cold. The work is excellent and they took their time. They replaced all the necessary support wood, soffit, vinyl wrap and then gutter. (Photos are before and after.) (I have several rental houses. I’m an engineer. Normally contractors give me all of the horrors to make themselves look necessary and reason to inflate their prices. This just stresses me out.) I liked Tim because he is calm and made me feel confident that he had this and gave me one

I called FH Renovation because of all the great reviews I saw, but they were better than expected. Initially I just hired them to clean and inspect our chimney before we used it this season. When they went on the roof, they found that our chimney crown was breaking apart. They offered a very fair price for the repair and were able to complete the job the same day. They were very thorough, quick, clean, and respectful. They were very transparent, taking pictures and explaining what work needed to be done before they did it. It was very apparent Tim and his coworker cared about the quality of their work and the service they provide. I highly recommend them and will keep their number for future repairs around our house.

I had a great experience with FH Renovations. Tim showed up and gave me a fare price for replacing my gutters. His team arrived on date and time and were very professional. The work was efficient with the old gutters removed and replaced with a great product to include built in gutter guards. Highly recommend.

I needed a chimney cap for our home and he was readily available the next day. He sent me pictures of what it was before and after and also provided feedback on the condition of the chimney . He didn’t add absolutely no pressure just simply for me to address when possible. At the time, financially it wasn’t suitable but later on I realized I really had to address my gutter issue. There was a leakage from the corner gutter and of course I called Tim back. He assessed the issue, provided an estimate and included the chimney issue as well. He was there ASAP and not only addressed one of gutter issues but also took care of the other one while he was up there. I am writing this review after a couple of rainy days and I am beyond happy there was a resolution for my gutter and chimney. Thank you
