We installed two colonial red standing seem roofs on our newly constructed porches and they are amazing. The craftsmanship of the crew on site was second to none! Material was of the highest quality and right on budget. We have absolutely no reservations at all from the time we met Kevin with our ideas to completion. Working with the office staff was also amazing from the receptionist to the Stephanie the scheduler. Everyone was pleasant and we could tell they enjoy working at Fichtner which speaks volumes of this family owned business. Thank you!!

Fichtner Home Exteriors, A TAMKO Diamond Provider, installed the original TAMKO roof shingles when our home was built 12 years ago. Recently, a friend suspected the roof had a manufacturing issue, and I called Fichtner to inspect the roof. They informed me the likely culprit was the original siding company walking on the roof when the home was built. News to me, as 5 years before, they inspected the roof and claimed it was in excellent condition. At this point, I called in a second company to inspect the roof, and they suspected the roof might have a manufacturing issue. TAMKO has an extensive process for filing a warranty claim, and TAMKO suggested I hire a roof installation company for assistance. I hired the second company to assist with preparation of the TAMKO warranty claim. TA

Contacting FHE was a great move for me and my roofing project. Michael (Remodeling Consultant) was on time and professional with his approach to my roofing needs/request. The team had an early opening and were able to fit me in right away. The install team did a great job with the porch roof and cleaned up before they left. I knew I was in need off a new roof but until Shawn Morancy stopped by and informed me that my Home Owner's Policy might pay for it, I'd been putting the replacement off. I normally don't respond to house calls at all but his professional and non aggressive approach in describing how he would act on my behalf and intercede acting as the mediator, the go-between, with the Insurance Company's adjuster, allayed my fears and made me feel less anxious about the whole process. Shawn's experience I truly appreciate as I watched him negotiate a full replacement of the roof with my insurance agent by way of the wind damage clause. I'm THANKFULL that he stopped by! All work was completed in a timely manner and I'm very impressed with the level of workmanship displayed by the roofers. Thanks Shawn .
