Maryland Mold and Waterproofing did a great job replacing the lally column in our basement. The support beam was almost rusted all the way through at the bottom. Emilio came out to do the work. He was very friendly, clean, and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the process. He explained about the cement footing and placed rebar to strengthen the concrete. We were very pleased with his work. John the owner is very attentive and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again.
