I’d give ZERO stars if I could.. Charging loyal customers $250.00 for an “emergency” delivery is wild. Or wait till Monday (2) days in the cold middle of winter, to avoid the $250.00 fee. I Will be switching companies, to a more family friendly business.. I’d recommend any one else do the same!

Had a delivery scheduled which never showed up. Received a phone call the next morning and was immediately asked how much oil I had left in my tank, which was almost on empty. I was told that the original driver had sustained an injury and they were going to reroute another driver to my home (already a day late now). Received another phone call a few hours later which I had missed and upon calling them back was told that there was only one particular person who could help me and that she would call me back. Multiple hours had passed with no callback so I called them back only to be told that they were busy and that I would have to still wait longer. Now we are being told that the best they can do is tomorrow (2 days late now). They are leaving my family, with my infant son, out in th

Tried setting up auto-delivery. Was told you need to pay in advance unless "you've been with us for a long time." Placed my last order here, will be switching.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Fielding's. Professional, prompt on delivery and they went above and beyond after a tank fill. Highly recommend.

Always helpfully, they provide great customer service and I’ve never had any issues with oil delivery
