Fielding's Oil & Propane Co

Called Fielding's after hours on 12/09/2025, cant remember the name of whom I spoke too over the phone, but I spoke to an older women. I explained to her that I was without heat & would like to get the issue addressed since it was probably 15 or 20 degree's outside. I left my name & number, she mentioned to me that someone will call me back. No one ever called me back that evening or the following day. Today is 12/20/2025 & I still have not heard back from anyone. On top of all that, I sent a follow up email on 12/18/25 & I have not heard back from that either. Thankfully I was able to get in touch with another company & have my heat back up & running on 12/10/25. I have had oil delivered from Fielding's for two years. Always quick deliveries & easy to pay them. But not at least following

Stay away from these clowns. Had 3 techs out and said unit needed to be replaced. All because their techs don’t know how to clean or replace a flame sensor. Weird how it works fine after I cleaned the flame sensor. I would give 0 stars if it was an option

Delivered fuel for 3 years. Last winter we signed up for the locked in seasonal rate. Fuel prices went up and all of a sudden they made an excuse that they can't deliver anymore. They are also known as online fuel company

I have been using Fielding for the last decade at my home in Rochester. They are always prompt, good prices and convenient. Highly recommend!

You're a truck drivers , put their four way flashes on , turn to the left and then swing straight in front of the traffic. You have 4 ways on you turn left, then you swing right into the opposite lane traffic.Where did you learn how to drive.
