My experience with this company has been amazing. A couple years ago I had a freon leak. The first company I had look at it recommended buying a completely new system. After that, I called Center Heating & AC, who came out and identified the problem within a few seconds (followed by some testing to ensure there wasn't anything else causing issues). They had me back up and running in no time. The staff answering the phones were very helpful making sure I was as informed as I could be and the technician was extremely experienced. Recently, I had a different issue after a power outage knocked my air handler offline and had to hunt down which company I used. I wanted to make sure I had the same company come out again. The second visit was just as pleasant as the first. I would highly recommend

I had a 8 am appointment to have a programmable thermostat installed. After several phone calls the guy finally comes at 4 pm. He tells me I have the wrong thermostat and what type of thermostat to buy next time. He then leaves with no invoice or receipt given on Thursday. Then I find out Monday that I have been charged $98. $20 for a truck service and $78 for labor. I wish I got paid $78 to tell someone they can't do what they asked me to do and then leave.

Our first unit they installed died after 16 years of service. We called them again 6 months ago and they installed an energy efficient Heating / Air Conditioning system and new thermostat. We were pleased with the sale, service, installation, and follow-up. They did a fantastic job and as a retired teacher on a fixed income, I was very pleased.

I called this company because I had used them before to replace our heat pump in 2009. We were having problems with the thermostat downstairs. The screen was blank. The person who answered was very nice and quoted me a $98.00 service charge to come out. I thought this was high, but it was cold so I agreed. I originally was going to replace it myself but was worried about being electrocuted so I opted to have a professional do it. I had even purchased a thermostat at Lowe's. A programmable thermostat. The cost was $40.00. The technician came out, checked the line and went back to his truck to get a thermostat. On his way out I asked the technician how much the thermost was going to be. He said he didn't know but would check. He came back in while I was washing dishes and installe

Installed new air handler and duct work in April. Soon after, interior doors wouldn't close, moisture was dripping off of kitchen appliances, towels didn't dry overnight and bedding felt moist. Two months later, and mold was noted on household items, and the seams of wood floors appear to be buckling. Technicians have been very responsive to fixing, but are unable to correct. They blame thermostat settings, humidity, etc., anything but the system they installed. Never had these problems with the 20 year old Trane system. Should have stuck with Trane I suppose.
