Fiers Heating & Air Conditioning

We woke up the morning of the snowstorm and the house was around 50 degrees. Within minutes of calling Owen responded and working 30 minutes he was to the house and fixed the issue. Saved us from a miserable storm experience and possibly busted pipes. I have used fires several times for home and business and am consistently impressed with their customer service, promptness, and knowledge. They take care of their customers and I appreciate it. They have earned my business for sure.

They take the time/effort to figure out the issue and how to fix it instead of immediately suggesting a new unit. Twice they’ve been able to fix our system when another company told us the only solution was to buy a completely new one. Jaden in particular is a miracle worker in figuring out and fixing problems! We’re very grateful for them.

I had an emergent situation where I had water coming from the attic on my ceiling. Called everyone in the google box and Fiers is the only one that showed up. Not even the company that installed my system. Thankfully it wasn’t a huge fix but it caused a lot of damage. I am so thankful for them and their response. Situation could have became way worse!
