If I could give zero stars I would. I call this company to come and fix my HVAC unit to their credit they came out next day and diagnosed the unit charged me $120. The manufacturer said the unit is still under warranty so I can get free part but that only HVAC pro can make that call to change and order. After the diagnosis I called 6 times to ask for update on the part order and first few times they answered then the rest of the time NOTHING!!! Left messages asking please let me know something but to no avail. Now I have to call someone else and pay another diagnose fee and I don’t even know if they ordered the part needed because manufacturer will not send another one. Very disappointed in this company I had high hopes. Personally they have lot my trust and will never use them again.
