$13 for 4 hours of parking. 15-min walk to the Crypto Arena. Plenty of fans walking back after the Lakers game.

I pre-purchased a parking ticket in advance, expecting a smooth and easy experience. When I arrived, the scanner at the entrance did not work, so I had no choice but to pull a ticket to get in. Later, when trying to exit, I was required to pay again because the system didn’t recognize my pre-purchased pass. There was no clear signage or guidance on what to do if the scanner fails. As a result, I ended up paying twice for the same parking. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially since the whole point of pre-paying is convenience. This process needs better communication and more reliable equipment to avoid double charging customers. (I wrote this review twice as my reservation covered both areas)

Was told by nordstrom Rack staff with ticket validation, We can park free for 3h. However We still need to pay for $4 (after $9 was deducted from $13). Feels like a scam. One star for easy to pay though, lots of spaces

The parking attendant was extremely rude and aggressive. I was doing a delivery and he was unhelpful in helping me with the validation then had me SESRCH MY CAR for spare change (found $.30) took it then told me I was cheap for not having a credit card on my iPhone. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone. The fee was $1 and I don’t carry money when I work due to robberies. Regardless, shouldn’t have happened and shouldn’t have been spoken to that way. I didn’t get his name, but it’s Monday evening .

5 stars for Marilyn who helped us validate our parking code then escorted us with her golf cart up two floors and to the other side of the garage so we would be nearest to our hotel.
