We have used Figlia for years and they have always given great, professional service. We have 4 separate hvac units in in condo, and we have used Figlia to service or replace all of them. Great team.

Figlia & Sons HVAC – Terrible Service, Beware! I truly wish I had done more research before hiring Figlia & Sons: the D- rating on the Better Business Bureau and low rating on Yelp are accurate. I had a series of HVAC units that needed servicing, and this experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. They will not try to repair your PTAC units, even if the problem is simple or clearly fixable. It's clear that their business model is focused on upselling expensive new units for a brand that they own, instead of providing the service you actually hired them for. Worse still, they charged for services without ever explaining the costs upfront, such as steam cleaning and bringing the units back to your apartment as a “reinstallation fee”. Unbelievably bad customer service. No call, no show for appointment. And they don’t accept checks and charge a “service fee” on credit cards on top of being double the cost of any competitor. Awful approach to business. They’ll shut down soon enough. Take a look at Yelp and the BBB before calling these dregs.

My experience with Figlia & Sons has been fantastic. Not only are all of their technicians great, but the customer service is wonderful. I spoke to Chris on a number of occasions and he went above and beyond to keep me informed and always made everything very easy to understand. Thank you Chris! Great company. Also spoke to Sylvia and James and they're both great, too! Highly recommend!

The annual A/C check up by Figlia was a delight - starting with making the appointment with d'Andre - email/phone - he was courteous, professional, on top of everything; the agreed time of the visit - the were right in the slot. The two gentlemen who did the tune-up obviously professionals, quick, helpful,, knowledgeable, and courteous, friendly, as well. The Figlia folks seem to have what we (all?) appreciate: the personal touch! Thank you, guys! Till next year!
