In 2018, we purchased a house built in 1799 that needed a lot of TLC. We brought in Figueiredo Carpenter and Builder to assess the situation and make the necessary repairs to insure that the structure would last another 200-years. Given the challenges of dealing with unknowns in repairing an historic house (you never know what needs to be done until you open it up), Tom Figueiredo set up an process for us that was very fair, affordable, and expertly took care of what needed to be done. Along the way, he kept us in the loop and always checked with us before starting a new phase..
