David with Final Fix Renovations has done so many projects over the last couple of years to help with some large and some smaller projects. He has worked as a general contractor to assist me with other contractors who’s specialties could be roofing or stucco repairs and masonry. I was doing many renovations to the exterior of my home. He completely reframed a brand new chimney where the old one was badly deteriorated and in jeopardy of collapse. After that the masonry folks could do there part. A beautiful large chandelier was not working so he took it down, disassembled it on the dining room floor, rewired it and rehung it perfectly to get it working again and installed dimmer switches on many lights. David recently enclosed our backyard patio so that our cats could go outside -- our "catio." We are so pleased with the results! David was able to create something really nice from the broad request we gave him. He was very detail oriented and focused on providing quality work, even though working with our 1960's house was more complicated than we originally thought and extended the project by a few days. We will definitely be calling David again when we need anything done around the house -- he's very responsive, professional, and overall great to work with!

David did a complete remodel of my home and the results are amazing. David’s attention to detail really shows in the quality of work done. David came to the table with ideas and solutions to issues that were cost effective and looked great. The work entailed moving walls, plumbing, tiling, painting and flooring among others. David was very responsive and respectful of time and the space. Everyone who saw the work in progress was impressed. I cannot recommend anyone more highly for this type of work.

David has been absolutely excellent throughout this entire process. He has communicated so well and stayed on top all of our projects so well. He did such a good job and in great time. We will definitely be using him again!!!! And referring him to friends and family.

Final Fix made me a new deck, a yoga studio with a 2 rope walls, insulation installation, bookshelves built, a window seat and I hope to save up for my porch to be closed in! All of this work was done timely, neatly and excellently designed. I have sent David to all my friends and family because they see the work and want to know who did it🤩. Final Fix broke down every step of the process and made spread sheets with 3-d designs. This type of service and high quality design makes me feel confident about referring David. I am so grateful to live in a space that is finally fixed and finely fixed!
