Final Touch Housekeeping

I have been using Final Touch for four years and they have always gone above and beyond. They are thorough, professional and friendly! Throughout this crazy year they've done a wonderful job with all their policies and procedures. I love walking into my home after they've been there.

I scheduled Final Touch to come clean our rental property this afternoon at 12:30. The crew apparently showed up at 11:30 and left when I wasn’t there. When I called I was told that the crew had left for the day and could not come back to clean our place. She said the earliest she could reschedule is for later this week. I am showing the unit to potential renters tomorrow, so now this means I will have to clean it myself and probably lose a night’s sleep doing it. I’m so frustrated. They called my phone, apparently, but sadly my phone is currently being repaired at the Apple store. If I was told 12:30, I feel they need be willing to clean it at 12:30. They are very professional. My house looks and smells amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs cleaning services.
