Carlos was very professional and friendly. He determined what was needed to fix my appliance, looked up the costs of the 2 parts needed right then and there, and based on what I paid for the microwave, advised that it would cost more to fix it than what I paid for it. He also knew exactly what was required for an invoice to submit to my insurance company to process a claim to get a replacement or pay out for the microwave since it was not worth fixing. I would recommend JC Service/Carlos.

Carlos is phenomenal, fixed our Samsung dryer yesterday and we couldn’t be more impressed/happy.
