We chose Ilmer’s company, Fine Home Construction, to complete a concrete stairway and landing on our sloped property. Ilmer and the team have helped me out big time in several occasions. One time was to re-do the entire bathroom after my rental tenant's departure few years back. Ilmer was very patient and thorough with the material selections and the execution, despite having to work with me remotely as I was located elsewhere. Just recently, he also completed a roof renovation job to pass an insurance inspection. I am glad that I can rely on Ilmer and couldn't be happier with the work.

One of the biggest challenges I faced was sourcing a matching backsplash for my bathroom vanity, as it was not included with the vanity top. I initially provided a mismatched backsplash, but Ilmur went the extra mile—personally taking the time to find the exact same material and pattern. His effort significantly enhanced the final look an
