Eric was great! I called when we had put an offer on a house and we needed an inspection done within 7 days, every other inspector was booked until the last day we needed it done, but Eric moved around his schedule to work with us and got it done a day later! He did an amazing job and inspected every inch of the house and told us exactly everything that we needed to get done and gave great suggestions on how to fix the problems! On top of that he’s a great communicator and a very knowledgeable guy! Definitely would recommend Eric for any of your home or building property inspections!

First time home buyer here. Didn't know anything about what to except with a home inspection. So called around and the best person I spoke to was Erick. He was very friendly ,and helpful. He was also able to schedule an inspection quickly . When the appointment came Erick was very thorough ,took lots of pictures, he answered all my questions throughout the process and he even came back to look on the roof a few days after it snowed. He sent reports right away and compared to other inspectors he was very reasonably priced and didn't try to oversell his services like the other guys did.
