Rainbow of Cincinnati

Rainbow provides ongoing care for needs resulting from a home fire episode. They are one of the most professional, courteous, friendly companies I've ever dealt with. They are proactive and responsive in their approach to what seems to me an undaunted task. They make me, their customer, happy to see or hear from them. Their customer service is superb.

We didn't actually use them, but Dominic came out to look at a job. He was very professional, he came out and explained what happens when a restoration company come out, what to expect and how to move forward. I can't say how professional he was. I would refer to them.

We awoke to a flooded basement on day. Called a plumber who recommended Rainbow Restoration to help. Two nice guys came out first walked me through their process. Within no time two additional guys showed up. They cleaned up the water, wet dry wall and carpet. They left very large fan and treated the area to prevent mold. Highly recommend this company. They made a bad day better.

Rainbow was prompt, detail-oriented, very thorough, and completely addressed any potential mold issues. They provided friendly, reliable service, and were very flexible in meeting my tight schedule.

Tyler and Casey worked so hard at getting our damaged carpet up and getting our basement dried out after a pipe had burst. They were professional, friendly and worked hard, did an amazing job.
