I don't usually write reviews but had to write about my experience. I spoke to John Anthony for a while on the phone before booking a chimney cleaning to take place on November 3. About a week after booking it he called and changed to date to November 10 at 10:30. He didn't show up, didn't call and his voice mail is full. I am now scrambling to find another company to come so late in the season. I understand that things come up but not to call and with no explanation I would never recommend this company.
Poor, makes you wait,doesn't show up and when gr does he arrives 1-2 hours late than works less than an hour and leaves. Signed a contract in April and it is the end of August the work is still not completed.
Great service, great man ❤️🙏
